Grandma Guard is a personal emergency notification service operated by Tyler Brooks. This policy explains how we handle your information.
We collect only the phone numbers of individuals who have been designated as emergency contacts by the account holder. No other personal information is collected.
Phone numbers are used solely to send SMS alerts when a family member triggers an emergency alert button. We do not send marketing messages, promotional content, or any unsolicited communications.
Contacts are added to the system by the account holder with the explicit knowledge and consent of the contact. By providing your phone number to the account holder for this purpose, you consent to receive emergency SMS alerts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties. Your number is used exclusively to deliver emergency alerts through our SMS provider (Twilio).
You may be removed from the alert system at any time by contacting the account holder, or by replying STOP to any message you receive.
