By using Grandma Guard or providing your phone number to receive alerts, you agree to these terms.
Grandma Guard is a personal emergency notification service. When a designated alert button is pressed, SMS alerts are sent to designated family contacts or caregivers.
By providing your phone number to the account holder for use with Grandma Guard, you consent to receive SMS alerts. Message frequency varies based on button usage. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact tybrooks123@gmail.com.
Grandma Guard is not a replacement for calling 911 or other emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 directly.
Grandma Guard is provided as-is. We are not liable for undelivered messages, service outages, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
